The falconry team from The Eyrie Birds of Prey centre will be sharing knowledge of raptors Saturday and Sunday on the Carnival stage. You’ll meet and learn about a variety of Falcons, Hawks, Eagles, Owls and Vultures.

The Richmond Hill Winter Carnival Committee has two colouring pictures for students. You can choose which one you want to colour! If you do both, only one will be judged. If you'd like, you can choose to draw your own Carnival Ookpik picture instead! Each artist must attend a school in Richmond Hill and be in either Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2 or Grade 3.

The fire safety team from the Richmond Hill Fire Department invite you to tour their fire safety trailer. It's a terrific learning experience for the kids, and a great refresher for the adults. Remember, do your part and fire won’t start!

Bird Friendly Richmond Hill will be helping carnival-goers to make a simple, eco-friendly bird feeder using natural and recycled items.

Glenn Marais and the Mojo Train are a blues rock band known for their powerful and dynamic sound with their music taking listeners on a journey through the Mississippi Delta, with stops at Detroit, Motown, and the funky sounds of Philadelphia.

Our young Carnival visitors will enjoy the opportunity to make crafts in the cozy Carnival tent. To add a magic touch to your day, you can have your face painted too.

Local musician Meep Moop is a singer/guitarist with Caribbean roots. She is a versatile vocalist and sings in many styles. Her a positive attitude and energy will fill the carnival air.

The Ainsworth Band delivers a great mix of rock'n'blues, southern and northern rock, old country, and folk songs.

Local legend Lou Moore Band is back for our 57th annual Carnival. Lou plays and the band play bluegrass and country music.

Join Jackie Han and the Origami Canada team to learn the art of paper folding and craft your very own stunning origami creation. All you need is paper and a little creativity!

Join the City of Richmond Hill Heritage Services to learn more about history. Challenge your local history knowledge with the 'mystery box'. Learn about several artifacts from the Richmond Hill Artifact Collection Storage.

Give your hand a try at Chicken Launch, basketball toss, fling-a-ring-ding, and snowball toss. You'll find the games in our east parking lot. Ticket are available from the ticket booth.

Take a trip over to the Gazebo to see wood carver Frank Vandermey. WIth a chain saw and chisels in hand Frank creates one-of-a-kind works of wooden art.
