The Richmond Hill Winter Carnival Committee has two colouring pictures for students. You can choose which one you want to colour! If you do both, only one will be judged. If you'd like, you can choose to draw your own Carnival Ookpik picture instead! Each artist must attend a school in Richmond Hill and be in either Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2 or Grade 3.
Local singer songwriter Erin Blackstock will be on the Carnival stage to entertain you on Saturday and Sunday morning. This is her first visit to Carnival so make sure you drop by and say hello.
Get Your Picture Taken With Ookpik
The Richmond Hill Camera Club will be set up in the tent to give you a chance to have your picture taken with our beloved mascot, Ookpik! Come and have a family or individual picture taken with Ookpik.
Maple Syrup Taffy
Our friends from Cold Creek Conservation authority will be boiling Canadian maple syrup and pouring it over ice to make a delicious classic winter treat.
Men With A Cause

Monkey Movers Gym Bus
The Monkey Movers Gym Bus can be found in the east parking lot. Once inside kids can enjoy Monkey Bars, Zipline, Balance Beam, Mini Trampoline, Trapezoid(Vault), and Rings. Perfect for ages 1 to 10.

Pancake Breakfast Feast
There is no better way to celebrate a Sunday morning in February than joining us for our famous Pancake Breakfast in the big tent. Pancakes, sausages, peameal bacon, hot chocolate and coffee. Generations of Richmond Hill residents have made this an annual event, so come on and join the fun. Served up fresh by the Richmond Hill Rotary Club.
Road Hockey Tournament
Welcome to our annual Road Hockey Hockey Championships! Sponsored By: King Henry's Arms There is an Entrance Fee of $100 per team. Limit of 8 teams, each comprised of 6 players. Players must be a minimum of 19 years of age.
Scouts – Winter Camping Survival
The Scouts will be at the Winter Carnival and will be setting up a winter outdoor campsite on Friday night through to Sunday afternoon. Stop by and see what fun it can be to camp in the winter. Check out their culinary specialties - monkey bread anyone?

The Vikings Are Back!
Join us at the north end of the pond for historical re-enactments of the Viking Age. You'll be immersed in living history and live steel combat.
Wing Eating Contest
Eight hungry attendees will be selected from all of the applications submitted by noon on Saturday, February 1st, 2020. Be sure to get the info and register ahead of time! All contestants must 19 years of age or over.
