Contest Rules
- Images must be taken at the Richmond Hill Winter Carnival on Feb 3 or Feb 4, 2024
- Each photographer may submit a maximum of three images with a maximum of 1 per category
- Images submitted must be digital entries and in jpg format
- The longest side of the image must not be more than 1024 pixels
- Image size may not exceed 1000 KB (1 MB)
- The submission deadline is 11:30 pm Friday, February 9, 2023
