Join us at the Carnival as we celebrate our 50th annual Winter Carnival with fireworks. Enjoy a hot chocolate while we light up the winter sky over the Mill Pond.

The War of 1812 historical re-enactment is an educational and entertainment activity. Our re-enactors will recreate aspects of the battle.
10:30 amOne Man Band Kevin Foster
Kevin plays a nine pedal acoustic drum kit while playing guitar and singing. Everything Kevin plays is live, no looping. Join Kevin for great lyrics and memorable melodies.

Take a trip over to the Gazebo to see wood carver Frank Vandermey. With a chain saw and chisels in hand Frank creates one-of-a-kind works of wooden art.

Local legend Lou Moore Band is back for our 50th annual Carnival. Lou plays and the band play bluegrass and country.

Our first annual Road Hockey Tournament will be taking place on Saturday at The Carnival. Games will be played on Mill Street. Each team of six will be competing for first and second place prizes.

There is no better way to celebrate a Sunday morning in February than joining us for our famous Pancake Breakfast in the big tent. Pancakes, sausages, peameal bacon, hot chocolate and coffee. Generations of Richmond Hill residents have made this an annual event, so come on and join the fun.

Circus Jonathan is an award winning unicyclist, juggler, and circus performer. His performances have been enjoyed across Canada and in 12 countries around the world.

Help support your Winter Carnival by purchasing a $2 souvenir button. Buttons can be purchased at Municipal Offices, local participating elementary schools, and at the Mill Pond during Carnival.
